I signed an additional two-year agreement that will have me running Nova Rossi engines, pipes, glow plugs and accessories in 2011 and beyond.

...The new agreement means a lot to me, to be able to continue with such a great company and to be able to race with the best engines in the world. Nova Rossi has always been a leader in the model engine business and I look forward to many more great years with Nova Rossi.What was your decision to stay? How happy are you with their motors/engines?

The decision for me to continue with Nova Rossi was simple. I’m extremely happy with the products and support from Nova Rossi. I have a great relationship with everyone at Nova Rossi and really look forward to helping them develop engines for 1/8th off-road. Have you talked to Martin and Yannick to find out what their reasons for leaving are? Did they just want a change?

I can’t speak for Yannick and Martin and why they made a switch. They both had a lot of success in 2010, but I think Yannick is looking to run a product that he can also distribute in France through Aigoin Racing.

You have stayed loyal to your sponsors for years is this a factor in why you still finish at the top? Do you feel it is more the driver or the gear?

I feel very fortunate to race for such great companies. I’m a very loyal person, but it goes both ways. When you race for companies that have great product and support you well, there’s no reason to make a change. I’m very fortunate! Are you ready for the 2011 racing season…?
